Wax Application

Paraffin wax is widely used in the production of moisture-proof and waterproof wrapping paper, cardboard, special surface coating and candles. Wax papers are produced by submersing the paper in paraffin wax, giving it a waterproof property. The papers can then be used in food packaging, rust prevention in metals and the printing industry. Yarn can be dipped in wax to produce a smooth and elastic characteristic. 

Paraffin can also be used to make matches, fiberboards and canvases. Fully refined paraffin wax and semi-refined paraffin wax are used as components and packaging materials for food, oral medicines, goods (wax paper, crayons, candles, carbon paper), coating materials for baking containers, fruit preservation, and electrical component insulation, improve rubber anti-aging and increase flexibility.
